Byung Yoon Kim

Meet Dr. Byung Yoon Kim (North Richland Hills, TX)

Dr. Kim, O.D., received his Doctor of Optometry from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University.

Dr. Kim is an experienced optometrist who enjoys performing comprehensive eye exams and is committed to helping patients achieve their best possible vision. He is currently accepting new patients and is fluent in both English and Korean.

Inspired by the life-changing impact of clear vision, Dr. Kim chose optometry because he believes vision plays an essential role in everyday life. One of the most rewarding parts of his career is seeing children experience clear vision for the first time and witnessing their excitement when they can read the 20/20 line during an eye exam.

Dr. Kim also enjoys building lasting relationships with his patients and values meeting new people. He looks forward to seeing returning patients year after year while helping them maintain healthy vision.

Originally from College Station, Texas, Dr. Kim enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife and their dog outside of the office.
